02Eligibility

To participate in Orakel challenges, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction
• Reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal
• Have a valid account with our partner platform(s)
• Not be excluded from gambling services

03Challenge Participation

By participating in our challenges, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All challenges are subject to the specific rules stated for each challenge
• Leaderboard rankings are determined by our partner platforms and are final
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate challenge rules
• Challenge periods and rules may be modified at our discretion
• Multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification

04Prizes & Payouts

Regarding prizes and their distribution:

• Only the first-place winner receives the advertised prize unless otherwise stated
• Prizes are awarded after challenge completion and verification
• Physical prizes (such as watches, electronics, or luxury items) displayed on our platform are symbolic representations only. All prizes will be paid out as cash equivalent to the stated value.
• Prize payouts will be processed within 14 business days after winner verification
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prizes
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before prize distribution

05Fair Play Policy

We are committed to fair competition. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to participate in challenges
• Colluding with other participants
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors
• Using automated tools or bots
• Any form of cheating or manipulation

06Responsible Gambling

We promote responsible gambling. Please gamble responsibly and within your means:

• Set limits on your deposits and playing time
• Never chase losses
• Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
• Take regular breaks from gambling

We are not liable for any technical issues, downtime, or errors that may affect challenge participation or leaderboard accuracy. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

08Partner Platforms

Our challenges are conducted in partnership with third-party gambling platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of our partner platforms.

09Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Leaderboard usernames are publicly displayed. For prize payouts, we may require additional personal information for verification and payment processing. This information will be handled securely and only used for prize distribution purposes.

10Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
